Terms of Service
Welcome to PetVision AI. By using our app or website you accept these terms. We've kept them as short and human as possible — read them once and you're set.
1. Service
PetVision AI provides AI-powered pet personality, behavior, and health insights, alongside community features (Mischief League and other community leagues), a daily assistant, an education center and a marketplace browser.
2. AI advice is not veterinary medicine
Insights produced by PetVision AI are educational and supportive, not a replacement for a licensed veterinarian's diagnosis or treatment. For medical concerns, always consult a veterinary professional.
The same applies to health tracking plans. Their questions, alerts (including "urgent" alerts) and "going well" messages are generated by fixed rules from the answers you give. They are reminders to observe and, where indicated, to contact a veterinarian; they are not a diagnosis, and a "going well" message does not mean your pet is healthy. The observation record you can share with a clinic is your own record of your answers, not a medical document.
3. User content
Photos and posts you submit (including community submissions to the leagues) remain yours. By submitting, you grant PetVision AI a non-exclusive license to display them in the relevant app sections. You may delete your submissions at any time.
4. Acceptable use
- No content that depicts cruelty, abuse, or distress to animals.
- No reselling, sublicensing or repackaging of the app, its AI outputs or its content, and no use of the app to provide paid services to third parties without our prior written agreement. Sharing your own observation record with your veterinarian is always allowed.
- No automated scraping of leaderboards or quiz banks.
5. PetCoin & subscriptions
PetVision AI is free to start. Pro features are unlocked through the PetCoin credit system or a subscription, processed by your platform's standard billing (Google Play, App Store). Refunds follow the platform's refund policy.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend accounts found in clear violation of these terms, with prior notice when reasonable.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetVision AI is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that AI insights or tracking alerts are accurate, complete or timely. We are not liable for losses caused by acting on them without veterinary consultation, for delays or failures in notifications, or for third-party services linked from within the app. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws of your country, including Turkish and EU law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
