Delete Your Account
There are two ways to delete your PetVision AI account and the data attached to it. Both are free, and you do not need to give a reason.
Option 1 — From inside the app
- Open the PetVision AI app.
- Go to the profile tab in the bottom bar.
- Open Settings.
- Tap the account card at the top of the screen (your name or "Sign in").
- On the account screen, tap Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm.
Deletion begins the moment you confirm.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, write to support@petvisionai.app from the email address linked to your account. Putting "Account deletion" in the subject line speeds things up. For verification the request must come from your account's own address. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
If you never created an account
PetVision AI can be used without signing up. In that case the app still creates an anonymous identifier so your pets and credits work, and some data is stored under it. To remove that data, use the in-app deletion described above — it works for anonymous users too. If you have already uninstalled the app, email us and describe roughly when and from which device you used it, and we will locate and remove the record.
Getting a copy of your data
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you before deleting it. Write to support@petvisionai.app from your registered address; we respond within 30 days and send the data in a machine-readable format.
What is deleted, what is kept

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store app under Menu · Subscriptions, otherwise it will keep renewing.
This cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you would like a copy of your data, request it before asking for deletion.

Silinenler: hesap kaydı ve giriş bilgileri; evcil hayvan profilleri, sağlık, kilo ve bakım kayıtları; yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve pet sayfası galerisi; sahiplendirme ilanları ve başvurular; lig başvuruları ve lig profiliniz; diğer kullanıcılarla yaptığınız mesajlaşmalar.
Kalanlar: başkalarına verdiğiniz oylar SİLİNMEZ, çünkü silinirse oy verdiğiniz hayvanların puanı değişir ve sıralama bozulur; oy kaydı yalnızca hesap kimliğinizi ve puanı tutar, adınızı veya iletişim bilginizi içermez. Hayvanınız bir haftanın kazananı olduysa o haftanın onur kaydındaki ad ve fotoğraf tarihsel kayıt olarak kalır. Kötüye kullanım önlemi olarak tutulan cihaz özeti geri çevrilemez ve size bağlanamaz. Satın alma kayıtları yasal saklama süresi boyunca durur. Cihazınızdaki veteriner belgeleri ve geçmiş, uygulamayı kaldırınca silinir.
Aboneliğinizi ayrıca iptal edin. Hesabı silmek Google Play aboneliğini sonlandırmaz. Play Store uygulamasında Menü · Abonelikler yolundan iptal edin, yoksa yenilenmeye devam eder.
Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Silinen veriler kurtarılamaz. Verilerinizin bir kopyasını istiyorsanız silme talebinden önce yazın.
